Oldtimers ale? Nah, this bad boy is for anyone seeking something malty and refreshing that won't put you under the table before the real fun even starts! A very sessionable classic beer with plenty of roasted sweetness left over to replenish your energy after a hard days work!

Technically it has enough grains in it to power a 4.1% … we mashed it hot which denatured alpha amylase and only beta worked on breaking the starches. That left fair amount of unfermentable complex sugars for the additional mouthfeel. Or put it simply, no-one will go skinny after this one!
